The Flat is our newest service which has been created as an additional step down for young people who are approaching their 18th birthday and are ready for independent living. With floating support, The Flat is the perfect opportunity for young people to understand what it will feel like to manage their own tennnacy and access any support for anything they struggle with as part of the transition.
